A rather smart ruff has been present on Black hole marsh for a few days amongst the many other usual waders
Ruff with ring plovers and a dunlin
and with a green sandpiper
A snipe appears regularly out in the open at the moment
and these 2 were sunning themselves on one of the islands
Also present a juvenile little ring plover
and some dunlin
ring plovers
plenty of common sandpipers
and the now usual redshanks
Goldfinches are regularly close by
and finally a house martin
